There has been much speculation about the drone, packed with explosives, discovered lying on the tarmac at Leipzig Airport (Germany)—described as a “major NATO military hub”— (La Libre, August 7). There has been somewhat less discussion, no doubt, as the same newspaper reports, of the fact that at that very location, the “Ukrainian aircraft manufacturer is currently building a hangar there for the maintenance of its aircraft.”
Put another way, if you look through rose-colored glasses, are we in Germany or Ukraine? This has been called a hybrid war. The term is not without merit.
