It''s rather ironic that at the very moment when the EU is tracking down alleged Russian funding of influence networks, it is lobbying against a law just passed in Georgia, requiring ''NGOs'' to declare the source of their funding when more than 20% comes from abroad. The EU probably prefers to act more discreetly.
